Maybe he’s really fond of Wayfarer sunglasses; or maybe he just watched “Pretty in Pink” too many times. What’s for sure is that Marc Moser found a very…well, eye-catching way to teach us a little optimism. How? By creating the sculpture “Sea Pink”: huge, pink-tinted sunglasses that literally allow us to see the world in a different hue.
A little naïve, but yet stunning, the Swiss artist conceived this piece for the 2011 Sculpture by the Sea exhibition in Aarhus, Denmark.
I don’t know if Moser’s sculpture will change my worldview, but Pop Art seems to be an excellent testimonial for Ray-Ban brand. And I must say: Danish beaches definitely look good in pink.
