Hapter, an exclusive brand of eyewear and sunglasses, was inspired by a pair of glacier military goggles from the Second World War that were found in a dreamlike scene on a summit within the Dolomite mountains in 2009.
The soft goggles still reverberate the relief the soldier must have felt grasping them on the mountain under such extreme conditions;
this inspired two friends who share a passion for eyewear and design.

In the three years that would follow, their research spurred the establishment of an exclusive industrial process, tying together artisanship and high technology, enabling the creation of an object manufactured in the spirit of a time past which is able to transmit the subtle vibration of traditions that live on in the mastery represented by those recovered goggles.
